Carole Barden is a senior paralegal at Boesen & Snow Law. Carole’s focus areas are national licensing projects for pharmacy, wholesale, and 3PLs, as well as legislative tracking of all pharmacy laws and regulations. Carole prides herself in her extensive experience with regulatory monitoring, legal research, and preparation of foreign qualifications and registrations. She is an invaluable resource of knowledge for Boesen & Snow’s clients as they navigate the intricacies of licensing their healthcare facilities.

Before joining Boesen & Snow, Carole spent over ten years as a healthcare paralegal at Quarles & Brady. She also worked in regulatory compliance for the Carpenter Law Firm.

Carole holds a B.A. of Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany and is a proud mom of two boys. She is a fitness enthusiast and has been to so many concerts she has lost count!
